    These terms and conditions form the basis upon which the Green Garden website may be used. By placing an order via the website, our customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
    Please read them carefully as they contain important information.

    General Terms & Conditions
    This site is owned and operated by Green Garden, Leidsestraat 170, 2182 DS, Hillegom, The Netherlands. VAT number: 812734506B01.     Accuracy of Content
    Green Garden has taken every care to ensure the accuracy of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices are quoted correctly at the time of publishing. However, prices remain quantity dependent.
    All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. Prices are quoted according to the prevailing daily market prices. Should the price of the goods increase between the date we accept your order and the delivery date, Green Garden will inform you and ask you to confirm by email that the new price is acceptable. Should the price increase be unacceptable, you have the right to cancel your order. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given pertaining to goods are approximate only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Green Garden hold no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website and shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials contained on this website.

    Availability
    All items are subject to availability which in turn depends on harvest results. Despite all efforts to ensure otherwise, it is possible that a variety may not be available at the time of despatch. Should this be the case, Green Garden will send you an equivalent alternative which will be of equal quality for optimum flowering.

    Payment terms
    Payment will either take place at the time of ordering or, when agreed in advance, sixty days after invoice date

    Delivery charges
    All prices exclude shipping costs, unless agreed otherwise

    Risk and owndership
    Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to the customer at the time of delivery, or attempted delivery.
    Transfer of ownership will take place once the goods have been delivered and Green Garden has received clear payment in full unless agreed otherwise.

    Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
    The provision of your correct e-mail address will be used by Green Garden to confirm receipt of your order. An acceptance of your order will take place on despatch of the goods ordered. Green Garden reserves the right to refuse an order, and should Green Garden deem it necessary to do so, Green Garden will notify you within ten (10) working days of the refusal of the order.

    Liability & Responsibility
    Green Garden cannot be held responsible for negative impact of injudicious, improper or incorrect use or abuse of goods supplied. It is the customers' responsibility to examine the goods at the time of delivery. Any queries or complaints must be made in writing within seven (7) days of delivery to our email address at info@greengardenfloGreen Gardenrbulbs.nl. Where it is necessary to compensate for loss or poor quality, Green Garden is unable to re-imburse more than the actual costs involved.

    Law, jurisdiction and language
    This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of the usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. The relevance of the Viennese Purchase Treaty is excluded. If a satisfactory agreement to any dispute cannot be resolved directly between Green Garden and the customer, the customer, agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
