Update regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We would like to inform you regarding the Coronavirus COVID-19 and how Green Garden Flowerbulbs operates in this matter.

Our webshop is still open, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We have a minimum occupancy between 08:00 and 17:00 in our office and warehouse. The other employees work from home.
For any urgent matters you can reach us via telephone. If your enquiry is not urgent, please e-mail us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Ordering
At the moment the strict measures, which ensure a safe and hygienic working environment, have no consequences for your orders. We do everything we can, together with our partners, to ensure that your orders wil be processed smoothly. If deviations occur here, we will report them immediately.
 

Shipping and delivery via DPD

Parcel shipments are still taking place. Countries are locked for people and not for goods.

Due to the measures taken by the government, different measures are taken per country to close businesses. Deliveries to a DPD Pick-up parcel shop are becoming increasingly difficult because more and more shops are closed as a result of government measures. We would like to ask you, if possible, to address parcels directly to the recipient and not to use the Pick-up parcel shop.
