When you opt for Banktransfer via MultiSafepay, you will receive an email with all bank details immediately after placing your order. Once the payment is received, your order will be automatically processed and sent. It can take several days for a bank transfer to be processed. Because we only start executing your order upon receipt of payment, please take into consideration that delivery might take a bit longer (up to 7 days). A bank transfer must be effected as soon as possible. If your payment is not received in 7 days, we can not guanrantee the stock of the flower bulbs.

My payment was not processed correctly via MultiSafepay or PayPal, what should I do?

If you have received a confirmation by e-mail, you can always contact us for reactivation of the online payment link.

Offline payment

If you want to use an offline payment method, it can take several at business days before we receive your payment. Please take into consideration that delivery might take a bit longer (up to 7 days). Because we only start executing your order upon receipt of payment.

When you choose to collect your order at our warehouse in Hillegom, the Netherlands, it is also possible to pay by debit card. Payment in cash is not possible.
